Get in TouchWe envision IAS as a world-class research hub pushing scientific boundaries while creating pathways for Vietnamese scientists abroad to contribute to frontier research at home.
Through new frameworks for international collaboration, we transform brain drain into brain circulation—bringing diaspora expertise back to strengthen Vietnam's research capacity and technological independence.
IAS creates structured pathways—joint appointments, visiting fellowships, collaborative grants—enabling diaspora scientists to build research capacity at home without sacrificing international careers.
