QAPS brings together complementary expertise across quantum computing, photonics, observational astronomy, optics and materials science from six Vietnamese institutions, connected with international partners in France (Université Paris-Saclay) and Japan (Osaka Metropolitan University, Osaka University, Kyoto University, and the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan). The consortium builds on IAS's existing collaborations in astrophysics and quantum technology to create a shared platform for joint research, training and technology development.
